What is the iCIMS Marketplace, and what can I do there?

The iCIMS Marketplace is where you can go to find our partnering HR software and service and advisor providers. When you're in need of another talent acquisition product, such as an assessment or background check tool, or if you’re looking for someone to support your TA strategy, like a consultant, you can easily shop for these partners in the Marketplace. All of the products you'll find here can integrate with your existing iCIMS platform, which means you can access and manage each of your products from the same place. Pretty nifty, right?

What is a Partner Solution? Move to top

Partner Solutions are iCIMS partners with either leading HR software products or service providers, in 20+ functional categories, including but not limited to recruitment advertising and job matching services, consulting and RPO, background checking and assessments, and HRIS, ERP, and payroll systems. The product or solution these partners can provide to iCIMS customers are what we consider a Partner Solution.

How will ISV Partners be organized in the iCIMS Marketplace? Move to top

ISV Partners will initially be organized in the iCIMS Marketplace by four product families (Attract, Find, Screen, and Employ), and 22 different functional categories that address different parts of the hiring process, so that it is easy for iCIMS customers to find products from our Partner Ecosystem by specific function. In addition, we will provide objective information on each partner product and the quality of their integration to iCIMS to assist the customer with their decision.

What is a Prime Connector? Move to top

Designated with a gold ribbon, Prime Connectors are iCIMS’ next-generation integration product, prebuilt to category-specific APIs and data models. Prime Connectors more fully integrate third-party solutions into iCIMS enabling rapid activation and a consistent, streamlined user experience. Prime Connectors utilize REST API technology.

What is a Standard Connector? Move to top

Designated with a silver ribbon, Standard Connectors are built to iCIMS’ pre-defined best practices for a specific category. Standard Connectors utilize REST APIs, require 2-4 weeks for implementation and are validated by ICIMS.

What is a Non-Standard Connector? Move to top

Non-Standard Connectors are built to a customer’s specifications and are validated by the customer. A non-standard integration can utilize REST APIs, Flat-Files, and legacy technologies. Non-Standard integration implementation takes approximately 8-16 weeks.

What do the Silver and Gold ribbons on certain Connectors indicate? Move to top

The silver ribbon indicates that the associated Connector is a Standard Connector and the gold ribbon represents Prime Connector.

How will Advisor Partners be organized in the iCIMS Marketplace? Move to top

Service and Advisor Partners will initially be organized in the iCIMS Marketplace by five service subcategories (TA Consulting, System Integrators, RPO, Recruitment Marketing and HCM and Benefits Consulting). Partners listed in these categories help identify the strategies and processes that will allow iCIMS Customers to use the iCIMS Talent Platform (and all its features) in the most efficient way for each unique organization.

How does an Advisor Partner qualify to be listed in the Marketplace? Move to top

All iCIMS Partners are vetted by the iCIMS Partnership team prior to joining the Partner Ecosystem. Partners are vetted based on their experience with iCIMS customers, their focus on TA and HR and their overall experience in supporting clients enhancing their TA Technology. Each Advisor Partner listed in the Marketplace has at least one employee at their company certified in at least one of the available iCIMS Product Certifications.

How does someone become iCIMS Certified? Move to top

Each Certified Individual (the person at the partner organization who has completed the certification) has access to iCIMS product training and will have achieved a passing score on one of the available iCIMS Product Certification Exams. These exams have been rigorously tested to ensure that anyone who has an iCIMS Certification is proficient in the curriculum tested. Each Certified Individual must maintain their certification by passing quarterly knowledge checks and become re-certified every three years. The exams currently available are:
